The CHPA Educational Foundation welcomes you to OTCsafety.org (the “Site”). The CHPA Educational Foundation is the nonprofit educational foundation of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA). All references to the CHPA Educational Foundation in the Privacy Policy or related Terms of Use shall also be deemed reference to CHPA.

The CHPA Educational Foundation respects the privacy of personal information you choose to provide through this Site. Please read this Privacy Policy to learn about our personal data collection and use practices. This policy may change from time to time, so please check back often. Safeguarding Children’s Privacy

The CHPA Educational Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information or other identifying data from children under 13 years of age. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to the Site, we will immediately delete that information from our database.
