Warnings and Interactions for Seniors

There is a high likelihood that seniors may be taking more than one medication, including prescription medicines. Whenever taking medicines it is incredibly important to watch the types of active ingredients in medications. Never take more than one medicine with the same active ingredient unless specifically told to do so by your doctor. Taking too much of an active ingredient may be dangerous. Always read labels before taking a medicine, and talk to a doctor or another healthcare professional if you have questions.
